Research Team Peter Liljedahl Peter Liljedahl is a PhD student in the Faculty of Education working towards a degree in Curriculum and Implementation with a focus on Mathematics Education. His main area of research is in the 'AHA' moment - that moment of illumination that so often predicates significant advancement in mathematical knowledge and understanding. Peter also spends a significant amount of time preparing preservice elementary and high school teachers for their roles as mathematics teachers. Prior to entering the PhD program at SFU, Peter was himself a high school mathematics teacher in Vancouver, where he taught for five years. |
